Body
This machine will have the following items. Sturdy Mild Steel Heavy duty Plate frame Body of 10mm thk for the Mill.
Grinding Disc
Grinding Disc will be of Polypropylene having 10 Nos of Disc for Pigment Grinding (Water Based). Or Range Of Grinding Disc Available Will Be Of Special Wear-Resistant Steel, Hardened Chrome Steel Discs, Stainless Steel (304 Or 316), Hastelloy C , Polyurethane , UHMW Polyethylene , Polyamide (Nylon®).
Main Shaft
Main Drive Shaft will be of material of construction will be Stainless Steel 304.
Grinding Container
Double walled Cooling Efficiency Is Enhanced Through The use Of a Two-Zone Spiraled Jacket. The Spiral Design Creates These Desired Effects: cooling to the Entire Chamber; Greater Temperature Control Due To Increased Surface Area; And Reduced Pressure Drop by the Use of Two Inlet and Discharge Ports. Inner cylinder is stainless steel 304 10mm and 3mm stainless steel 304 jacket. To control temperature use of chilled water is required.
Sealing
Shaft sealing is carried out by a single-action mechanical seal with rotor and stator of Tungsten Carbide. Rinsing an of the mechanical seal is provided by a glycerine-flow closed circuit system by a Teflon Lip-seal, glycerine also water - cooled.
Separation for the grinding beads
SCREE TYPE Outlet Screen For Separation Of Grinding Media From Slurry. Grinding beads size .5 mm to .7 mm.
Main Drive Motor
Will be -- HP 3ph, 1440 RPM, and 440V / 380 V 50 Hz / 60 Hz, of any standard make. Feeding pump will of Screw Type or Diapharm type pump having M.O.C. SS-304. Mechanical Seal rinsing pump motor is 0.18kW.
Agitator Disc Peripheral Speeds
The speeds are 10 m/sec, fixed type 'C' sec motor pulley.
Feeding Pump: Screw Pump of Size ½" or 1" Diapharm type. M Seal Rinsing Pump ¼ Inch / Centrifugal Type.
Materials
Material parts which are subject to wear and in touch with the product are made of specific hardened steel and stainless steel.
Control Panel
Control panel mounted separately on the side of machine body is composed of Fully Automatic Star Delta Starter for main. Start-stop buttons for motors; ON_OFF switch, Volt Meter, Ammeter; emergency stop button etc.

The capacity of SFPM --- completely depends on the product to be processed. It may differ between the averages, but the actual values may vary during the operation.

Technical Advantages of SF High Speed Pearl Grinder Mill
1. The process time of SF Pearl Mill is reduced from 72 hours of normal mill to just 4-8 hours for the batch volume of 250/500/750/1000/1500/2000/2500 kgs of slurry, depending on the model of mill.
2. The power costs to run the Pearl Mill is just 10 % to 15 % compared to Ball Mill grinding.
3. The drastically reduced waiting period to get the milled slurry in compounding of Latex, helps to plan faster the production.
4. Very Less space of approx 10 to 20 % of ball milling is required for pearl milling production.
5. The ease of processing volume between the 25 kgs to 500/1000 kgs batch size makes the mill very popular with the milling/compounding section personnel’s.
